Technology, data and automation for Retail

Sales data, channel integration and AI-assisted service.

Retail runs on volume, tight margins and fragmented channels. We work on both fronts: the commercial one — sales data, channel integration and AI-assisted service — and the operational one, where technology protects the continuity of critical systems and control of the IT asset base.

    Retail

    Common challenges in this sector

What we usually find when we step into an operation in this segment.

    Continuity

In retail, a system down means sales lost immediately; recovery has to be guaranteed.

    Disconnected channels

Store, e-commerce and app with data that does not match.

    Service that does not scale

Contact volume grows and the team cannot keep up.

    How we work

    Cases

    Projects in Retail

Due to standard confidentiality clauses in all our contracts, projects are presented without identifying clients.

    Large retail chain

    Context

Large-scale operation with critical systems that cannot stop.

    Challenge

Ensuring disaster recovery and IT asset control in a complex environment.

    Action plan

We structured the operation's disaster recovery and asset management (ITAM). As a result, the chain gained operational resilience and a clear view of its technology asset base.

    Retail/wholesale group

    Context

A need to accelerate software delivery with AI support.

    Challenge

    Development demand beyond internal capacity.

    Action plan

We acted as a solutions factory, with AI accelerating development. As a result, the group unlocked delivery without building an internal team for it.

    Large retail chain (nationwide operation)

    Context

Large-scale retail operation with an extensive in-store device fleet (scanners, tablets, terminals) and critical systems whose downtime hits sales directly.

    Challenge

There was no unified control of IT assets nor a reliable continuity strategy — devices without central management and critical systems at risk with no tested recovery plan.

    Action plan

We structured IT asset management (ITAM), deployed mobile device management (MDM) to run the in-store fleet remotely and designed the disaster recovery plan for critical systems. As a result, the chain gained a single view of its asset base, remote management of field devices and a recovery strategy to keep operating through failures — cutting downtime and lost-sales risk.
